	MARIA MALDONADO BASHAW, Corporate Counsel and Operating Manager Ms. Bashaw received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Irvine in 1991 and her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, California in 1994. Ms. Bashaw began her legal practice in a law firm focusing in the areas of estate and asset protection planning and corporate formation and compliance. Ms. Bashaw then joined the legal department of a publicly held Southern California corporation to draft and negotiate contracts and address corporate compliance issues. 	PATRICIA WAGER, Sales & Marketing Director Ms. Wager was born in Lima Peru, graduated from the University of Lima Peru in Business Economics in 1989 with a Master's degree in Finance and Marketing. She has over 15 years of international business experience. She worked with OCRA's representative office in the USA for almost 7 years where she gained most of her experience in the offshore industry.
